在遥远的甘村流传着一个神话,那就是甘村在美国诸位城市中排名第一可惜的是,这个神话出了甘村就不是神话了,它就变成了大话于是,在俺无数次的被耻笑之后,终于良心发现决定求证了。当这本八百多页的大书扉页上赫然把Gainesville, FL排在第一的时候,我却不敢相信自己的眼睛了顺带学习了一些基本的城市指标,然后就是每天都会乐颠颠的想起几个城市然后跑去看排名,很无聊啊,恩,以后要是准备relocate了可以把这本大书再借来研究研究。以下这几个城市,大家随便猜猜排名哈,答案随后在comments里面公布,嘿嘿~

也是迷茫到青黄不接的时候,突然对读史如饥似渴。感觉读得很快,还老是跳读,结果还是读了很久,再读一遍肯定还会温故而知新。斯爷爷提出了一个遏止领先法则,就是说在转变时期,起先最发达和最成功的社会要改变和保持其领先地位将是最困难的。相反,落后和较不成功的社会则可能更能适应变化,并在转变中逐渐处于领先地位。对的嘛,好像人一辈子也是这个道理哇,触类旁通了哇

 

以及滥竽充数的其他几本,原因是据称要申Phd需要先把prof.的大作拜读,就不好意思班门弄斧了,其实基本就是,读了半天,no comments…

像不像找不到工作走投无路的时候抓的救命稻草?是,的确是。连找工作换职业都要搞本大部头的书来读,很吧,咳咳不过的确有新认识,找工作,只是finding meaning of life的一步,只要树立了信心和有办法可循,起码心灵上是安然的,这不是很多努力的终极目标么。还发掘了一些有用的其他网站。
